We are looking for a responsible, attentive and kind person who sincerely loves people and is ready to give them care, support and a sense of safety.
Main dutiesThis is the most common question. The first meeting is free and feels like a visit from a guest: tea, a chat, a walk. After that, the same regular caregiver visits, so Mom gets used to a particular person rather than a “service”.
Each family has a second caregiver assigned as backup, and they meet your mom in advance. You will find out about the replacement before the visit, not after.
After each visit, photos or a video and a few words about the day appear in the family chat (Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp). Once a month — a short summary and a call from the coordinator.

The coordinator is always in touch, and the “Care” plan and higher include an on-call specialist who can come quickly. We call you immediately and, if needed, call an ambulance.
No, we do not replace a doctor. Medical procedures, administering medication and carrying out orders that require medical qualifications are not part of our services. We remind about medication, accompany your loved one to the doctor and to tests, and a certified nutritionist helps make sense of the results.
