We respect your privacy and explain in plain words what happens to the data you leave on the website.
1. Who processes your data
Personal data from this website is processed by “Ridni Poruch”, a home care and support service in Rivne, Ukraine (“we”).

2. What data we collect
We collect only what is needed to contact you and arrange an introduction and care for your loved one.
- Data from the request form: your name, city of residence, who needs care (mom, dad, etc.), preferred messenger, phone number and a free-text comment if you leave one.
- Data from a job application: your name, city, preferred messenger, phone number and your description of your experience.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request time. It ends up in the hosting logs and is used for security and to protect the form from spam.
- Anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Analytics): no cookies and no personal profile. It shows which sections of the site are read and does not allow us to identify you.
- The language and color theme you choose are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent anywhere.
3. Why and on what basis
We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it and do not pass it to advertising networks.
- To contact you, discuss your needs, arrange a free introduction and provide services — based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box next to the “Send request” button, and to act on your request before entering into a contract.
- To consider your job application and contact you about the vacancy — based on your consent.
- To protect the website and the form from abuse — our legitimate interest.
- To understand whether the website is convenient and to improve it — our legitimate interest (anonymous statistics).
4. Health information
Please do not include medical diagnoses or other sensitive information in the comment to your request: for the first contact, general information is enough (age, whether help with medication is needed, whether the person lives alone).
If you do share such information, we will use it only to prepare for the introduction and will not disclose it to third parties.
5. Who we share data with
These services may process data on servers outside Ukraine and the European Economic Area. The website itself does not keep its own database of requests: after sending, they are stored only in the private Telegram chat.
We may disclose data to public authorities only in cases and in the manner provided by law.
- The coordinator and authorized employees of “Ridni Poruch” who take part in processing requests.
- Telegram — the messaging app whose private chat receives every request. Form data is sent via the Telegram Bot API.
- Vercel — the website hosting (technical request logs and anonymous statistics).
6. How long we keep data
We keep a request for as long as the communication about the services lasts, and afterwards for no longer than [to be confirmed]. If you become our client, further processing will take place under the contract.
Technical hosting logs are kept for the periods set by the provider.
7. Your rights
To exercise your rights, call +38 073 914 58 06 or message us on Instagram @ridni.poruch. We will reply within a reasonable time, and no later than the law requires.
If you believe that we are violating your rights, you may contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua) or, if you live in the EU, the data protection supervisory authority of your country.

8. Security
The website works over a secure connection (HTTPS). Requests are available only to members of the private chat. We do not store requests in a database on the website.
10. Children
The website is intended for adults. We knowingly do not collect data from people under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
